After the men's final of the 2023 Gumi-Dodram Cup Professional Volleyball Tournament held at Gumi Park Chung-hee Gymnasium in Gyeongsangbuk-do on the 13th, Shin Ho-jin, who led OK Financial to win, received 27 votes and was selected as the MVP.

The Skills Development Award MIP went to Park Sung-jin of Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, who finished second. Park Sung-jin won 24 votes, beating teammates Shin Ki-ho 5 votes, Kim Jung-ho 1 vote, and Roh Jae-wook 1 vote.

Park Sung-jin scored 30 points on the day, becoming the team's most scorer. The attack success rate was 67.44%, which is comparable to that of Shin Ho-jin.
