Everi announces purchase agreement for Video King assets

The acquisition includes most of the iGaming provider's assets, subject to the usual deadlines and regulations.

Supplier Everi has entered into a $59 million purchase agreement that covers most of Video King's assets.

Video King is a provider of integrated gaming tablets and digital gaming content that Everi wants to use to integrate into his own gaming business.

The acquisition is expected to be completed within 60 days and funded with the cash available.

It is expected that 20% of the current 50.Thousands of portable tablets from Video King will be converted to offer video poker, slots, instant win games and loyalty products with traditional bingo games.
