The injured Erling Holland put on a special makeover.

"Manchester City goaltender Erling Holland dressed as Santa Claus and showed off the perfect Christmas present," British media outlet Golcom reported on the 25th.

Holland is a typical poacher-style striker. He shows various patterns of space creation by using his outstanding physical strength to make a crack in the opponent's defense in off-the-ball situations, then breaking line at the time of his teammate's final pass, penetrating into a gap between center back and full back, or being completely out of bounds before unexpectedly hitting inwards.

Also, he has tremendous goal-scoring ability, like a porter. With his left foot on the plate, he has strong shooting power and kicks well into the corners, so it's really hard for the keepers to stop. Also, he's quite fast. He has a similar speed to the winger, so he's hard to stop when the opposing defenders give up the back space.

Holland, who has established himself as the world's best striker since joining Manchester City, proved that his scoring skills at Dortmund and Salzburg were by no means a coincidence, and proved his position by finishing second to Lionel Messi, the 2023 Ballon d'Or winner.

Holland did the same when he scored the treble last season, and he is trying to achieve the same goal in the 2023/24 season. Holland has 14 goals in 15 league games this season, as he scored a remarkable 52 goals in all his tournaments last season.

Holland, who is currently in his condition due to an injury, dressed as Santa Claus for Christmas and showed off his first Champions League trophy and greeted each other during the Christmas season.

He posted a photo of himself dressed as Santa Claus and holding the Champions League trophy, along with the caption, "Ho ho Christmas is here! Hope you enjoy it with your loved ones."

Manchester City won its fifth title this season by defeating Brazilian powerhouse Fluminense 4-0 in the recent Club World Cup final. Holland missed the Club World Cup due to injury, but is training hard to make a comeback against Everton on Friday.
