IBK Industrial Bank of Korea in professional volleyball has renewed its contract with head coach Kim Ho-chul to continue the upcoming 24-25 season.

IBK Industrial Bank of Korea said in an official press release on the 19th that it has renewed its contract with manager Kim Ho-chul.

Coach Kim Ho-cheol replaced Seo Nam-won in December 2021 in the middle of the season and has led the team until this season.

The club said, "Coach Kim Ho-chul quickly stabilized the team based on warm leadership by communicating with the players after taking office," adding, "He worked hard to foster young players through customized guidance and contributed to strengthening the team's power." He also added, "Coach Kim Ho-chul built IBK's own team color, including strengthening defense organization and blocking, and helped the club win the second place in the Cup for the first time in seven years."

In response, the club decided to renew the contract with coach Kim Ho-chul and said, "I am satisfied to continue to work with coach Kim Ho-chul, who is good at fostering players," and added, "We will continue to provide generous support to coach Kim Ho-chul to maximize his capabilities."

Coach Kim also said through the club, "I'm grateful to the club for giving me the opportunity again," adding, "I'll do my best to help the IBK volleyball team regain its glory as much as the trust you've given me so far."
