The approved consent agreement is the result of negotiations between the OEC and three licensees representing the two casinos and video game terminal operations:

- Stadium Casino Westmoreland RE, LLC, operator of Live! Casino Pittsburgh in Westmoreland County, fined a total of $30,000 and comprises:
$20,000 for two cases in which people on the board's casino self-exclusion list were allowed to enter the game room and gamble, and
$10,000 for minimum gamblers under 21 to access the game and play slot machines;
- - Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc., PGCB is fined $25,000 for failing to provide ownership structure changes related to the locations of five VGT truck stops;
- Greenwood Gaming & Entertainment, operator of Parks Casino & Racing in Bucks County, will be fined $18,075 for failing to submit two timely license renewal applications,

A copy of the approved consent agreement will be provided upon request through the board's communications office.

The next board meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, in the board's public hearing room located on the second floor of the Strawberry Square Complex in Harrisburg.
