Dream City Macao and Nearby Studio City Macao Development, Melco Resorts and Entertainment Limited, said Davis will take on a new position at Melco International Development Limited after Tam resigns to 'dedicate his time to start a business venture' at the end of the year.

Hong Kong-listed Melco Resorts and Entertainment Limited, known as Melco Crown Entertainment Limited until its name change in early April, declared that Davis would subsequently maintain all of its current operations while taking "full responsibility" for all financial and financial functions of a larger Melco International Development Limited.

Melco Resorts and Entertainment Limited explained that Davis joined to serve as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance before being promoted to CFO four years later. Prior to this, he held several executive positions at casino operator Park Place Entertainment and hotel and resort giant Hilton Hotels and Resorts before working for Citigroup Investment Research as a research analyst covering the U.S. gaming industry.

Leung Hoi Wai, general secretary of Melco International Development Limited, said, "The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for Tom's support, dedication, and contribution during his 11 years of service to the company. The Board wishes him success in all his future efforts."
