The Durango Casino Resort plan in the southwest valley of Las Vegas, Nevada, was approved by the Spring Valley Town Advisory Committee on August 31, 2021. The 83,000-square-foot casino is located in Spring Valley, away from 215 Beltway and Durango Drive, and has been working at Station Casino for years. The $750 million investment will reportedly include state-of-the-art racing and sports books, various signature food and beverage outlets, food halls, 200 rooms and suites, 20,000 square feet of conference and convention space, and resort-style pools with private cabanas.

Forty electric car charging stations will be installed in the resort's parking lot, and several bike lanes will be provided with sufficient bicycle parking.

Station Casino launched a new development on Friday, March 11, 2022, and is scheduled to open on November 20, 2023.

According to Station Casino, movie theaters and bowling lanes, two staples, will not initially be included, but as well as entertainment venues, they can come from the later stages of development.
