Hana One Q lose by 27 points Leading the way with 10 consecutive wins

Women's basketball Cheongju KB continued to dominate the league with 10 consecutive wins.

KB defeated Bucheon Hana One Q 88-61 in the home game of the Woori Bank Woori WON 2023-2024 Women's Professional Basketball Regular League held at Cheongju Gymnasium in North Chungcheong Province on the 4th.

KB, ranked first with 10 consecutive wins, has 21 wins and 2 losses, widening its lead over second place Asan Woori Bank (18 wins, 4 losses) to 2.5 games.

On the other hand, Hana One Q remained in 4th place with 8 wins and 15 losses.

KB took the lead in the first quarter with Kang I-seul's two 3-pointers.

KB Park Ji-soo, who swept the MVP award in rounds 1 to 4 this season, led the attack with 6 points and 3 assists in the second quarter, and KB overtook Hana One Q's pursuit and finished the first half with a score of 43-27.

KB got away a long way in the early third quarter thanks to consecutive outside shots by Heo Ye-eun and Kang I-seul.

Hana 1 Q also chased after KB with Yang In-young, Park So-hee, and Shin Ji-hyun firing outside shots, but Park Ji-soo scored 6 consecutive points at the end of the quarter, pouring cold water on Hana 1 Q's trend.

The game was tied at 70-46. In the last quarter, which already started with the team leaning towards KB, KB scored its first score with Kang I-seul's 3-pointer, and Shin Ye-young's final score completed the 27-point victory.

For KB, Jisoo Park recorded 20 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists, and Iseul Kang scored 16 points, including 4 3-pointers.

For Hana One Q, Yang In-young played hard with 17 points and 8 rebounds.
