Enters multi-national platform agreement with White Hat Gaming L

WhiteHat Gaming Ltd., a leading iGaming platform company, has signed a Long-Term Player Account Management contract with Penn National Gaming, Inc., which operates more than 41 gaming facilities across 19 U.S. states.

After a highly competitive selection process, Nasdaq-listed Penn National Gaming, Inc. chose White Hat Gaming as its online PAM provider, which will begin a multi-week online launch of substantial funding after being integrated with the White Hat Gaming platform.

Legal sports betting is currently active or pending in many states where Penn National operates gaming properties, potentially giving Penn National unparalleled access to regulated sports betting markets across the country. The first rollout will take place in the third quarter of 2020.

Phil Gelvan, chief executive officer of White Hat Gaming, said, "We are honored to work with an organization that has the scale and reputation of Penn National Gaming. At Penn National, we found the ideal partner to share our passion for the consumer gaming experience and commit to top-notch regulation. We look forward to working with them to build one of the leading businesses in American sports betting and online casinos."

The deal gives Penn National access to White Hat Gaming's best-in-class full-service platform, which has been proven to be modular and scalable, enhance consumer experience in the regulated market, and drive commercialization in an efficient and responsible manner to achieve the highest level of regulatory compliance.

"We are proud to partner with leading platform providers such as White Hat Gaming," said Jeff Kaplan, vice president of strategy and finance at Penn Interactive Ventures. "White Hat's team shares the vision of providing customers with a best-in-class intuitive product experience."
