Caesars Entertainment, Inc. announced today that it will continue its efforts to enhance the boardwalk experience this summer by offering colorful beach bars at every Atlantic City casino resort.

Bali's new Bikini Beach Bar, Hilton Beach Bar, and Caesars Sandbox Beach Bar will offer live entertainment, special drinks, promotions, and special events on the beaches in front of each building throughout the summer. In 2004, the fun of summer will get even hotter thanks to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' $24 million beach restoration project. The project will expand Atlantic City's beaches to 200 feet and restore dunes to two to three feet above the boardwalk.

Bali's Bikini Beach Bar, scheduled to debut in June, will feature a variety of live entertainment, as well as cabanas, a large stage for the band, and a 200-seat bar. The Bikini Beach Bar will offer specialty drinks, including margaritas, frozen diquiris, and rum punches, as well as a limited food and snack menu.

Also scheduled to open in mid-June, the Hilton Beach Bar will kick off the summer season on June 27 with a beach party featuring a concert featuring "America." The June 27 beach party will begin at 12 p.m. with live entertainment and lead to the return of the "Jersey Idol" competition, sponsored by WOGL 98.1 FM. The U.S. concert will begin at 4:30 p.m. and continue until 10 p.m. The party will continue with live entertainment at the dizzying dolphin beach bar until 1 a.m.

Throughout the day, Hilton will offer a variety of prizes and events, including free Norwegian cruise ship vacations, 30 mountain bikes, and face painting. The casino floor will be given $300 in cash every five minutes from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Guests at the Hilton Beach Bar will also relax with other beach amenities, including cabanas, wooden gazebo, beach chairs, and umbrellas, as well as a paid beachside massage. Guests who want to use these services should visit the beach amenities, which are available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day.

Caesars Atlantic City's Sandbox Beach Bar will open on Saturday, May 22. In addition to the Sandbox Bar, Caesars will also offer beach chairs, bikes, and umbrella rentals, as well as a private cabana with a hammock. The Sandbox will offer summer drinks and a limited food menu, including homemade pina colada, strawberry diquiris, margaritas, a variety of draft and bottled beers. Caesars Sandbox Beach Bar will provide seating for about 250 guests.
