Golden Entertainment, Inc. announced that it has signed a final agreement with Flight Golf and Entertainment to bring its new 92,000-square-foot golf entertainment destination, Atomic Range, to the company's seven-acre property adjacent to The Strat Hotel, Casino, and SkyPods in Las Vegas. The new Atomic Range will be located just north and on Las Vegas Boulevard adjacent to The Strat.

Under the terms of the agreement, Golden Entertainment will donate seven acres of undeveloped property to Flight Golf, sharing the total revenue generated by Atom Range under the lease agreement. Flight Golf will be responsible for developing and operating Atom Range, which will leverage Flight Golf's next-generation technology to provide an unrivalled experience for players of all ages and abilities. Flight Golf will partner with Century Golf, which has managed more than 500 golf facilities worldwide, to operate Atom Range, and is expected to begin construction in the second quarter of 2022 with a completion date of the end of 2023. Atom Range is expected to cost approximately $70 million in construction, and Atom Range is expected to create more than 500 new jobs.

Charles Proteell, President and Chief Financial Officer of Golden Entertainment, said, "Since acquiring STR, Golden has invested more than $100 million in renovating the property, and we're seeing a significant return on our capital investment. Working with Flite Golf to develop the Atomic Range will allow us to leverage our excess properties adjacent to the STRAT to create a unique driver of visits to our properties that continues to redevelop the North Strip and invest in the city of Las Vegas. Flite Golf's development experience, innovative technology, and substantial equity investment in the Atomic Range make them the perfect partners to develop this attraction. We're excited to bring this new golf experience to our guests at STRAT, as well as downtown visitors, convention attendees, North Strip properties, and Las Vegas-area visitors."

The Atomic Range, which produces Flight Golf and is located in STRAT, will be a premier golf entertainment destination offering an immersive and technology-enhanced experience through gameplay and entertainment. When it opens in 2023, the Atomic Range will grow to four stories across nearly seven acres and accommodate 103 individual batting bays.
