Technical support issues
As an illustration of the growth of downtown Las Vegas, Plaza Hotels and Casinos invited guests with the opportunity to browse and toast the city's newest premium hotel accommodations featuring redesigned planes with new luxury rooms and suites, including Las Vegas Mayor G. Goodman, former Las Vegas Mayor Oscar B. Goodman, and a variety of high-end decor, technology, and energy efficiency upgrades.
"Downtown Las Vegas is booming - it's evolving and growing," said Jonathan Josel, CEO of Plaza Hotel & Casino. "We're excited about the whole project, from Fremont Street to Symphony Park, which will bring more people into the city center in search of memorable experiences. That's why we created luxury rooms and suites in the center of town, dramatically raising the bar for luxury hotel rooms."
The $15 million renovation transformed more than 120 rooms on the top floor of the Plaza's northern tower. There have been significant infrastructure changes to create an average of 325 square feet of luxury rooms. For example, the modern wardrobe eliminated adjacent doors and combined 16 rooms to create eight new suites.
The room's contemporary decorations feature warm wood tones and mixed metals that feature bold colors and graphics. The luxury rooms also feature high-end design details, such as a laminate floor with area rugs and a barn door into a recreated bathroom with customized voids, an oversized walk-in shower, quartz counter, and a mix of dimensional tiles. All rooms have Amazon Echo Dots on their alarm clocks, so guests can easily use Alexa commands to check the weather, play music, request home care, book a full cabana, or book dinner at the Oscar Steak House. Other popular customer conveniences include a variety of built-in USB charging ports, a 49-inch flat-panel TV with premium cables, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator. The eight new luxury suites also include a wet bar, and all luxury rooms offer beautiful mountain views or overlook the high energy activities of Fremont Street.
Each room has energy-efficient LED lighting and an upgraded climate control system, which allows you to manage energy-saving settings without compromising your comfort. The room also has a state-of-the-art RFID card input device, which is a safety feature recently installed in all 1,000 rooms in the Plaza.
