Paris Hilton, a hotel heiress and star of The Simple Life, announced that the parties had agreed to open a Club Paris at the Aladdin Resort and Casino with Robert Earl, president of Aladdin Resort and Casino, and Michael V., CEO of Fred Khalilian, business partner of Aladdin & Hilton.

Las Vegas Resort, which was recently purchased by an investment group led by Planet Hollywood founder and chairman Robert Earl, is located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The announcement is the first of many changes to the property as new owners continue their process of renovating the entertainment options offered to it.

"It was hot in Las Vegas, it was hot in Planet Hollywood, and I wanted to be part of the newest, most popular resort in Las Vegas," Hilton said during the announcement. "I will be able to see everyone here on New Year's Eve, when Las Vegas and Orlando officially open their Club Paris on the same night! It's really hot."

Along with Club Paris, Hilton is in the process of designing her own suite within the resort. It will be Paris' apartment whenever it's downtown, and hotel guests can book it when it's not in Las Vegas.

Aladdin Resort and Casino plans to change its name to Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in early 2006. The resort will remain open during the remodeling and rebranding of the building, and once remodeled, there will be a Hollywood-style grand opening celebration for the new resort in Las Vegas.
