Dr. Ralph Thompson, a member of the National Council for Education, said yesterday that the introduction of casino gambling would be the answer to the $52 billion annual funding needed to transform the education system over the next decade.
"The government should stop messing around and introduce casino gambling, Dr. Thompson said.

Dr Thompson argued that the benefits from casino gambling would outweigh any perceived disadvantages, saying the government has a duty to show leadership in coming up with it, regardless of what political consequences it would have.
