Even Mayor Michael Montandon said his "Initial response is no." Now that the hotel and casino complex are almost complete, the villagers welcome the development.

More than 1,400 jobs will be created between casinos, hotels and tenants in the complex, and nearby companies are expecting new transportation that casinos are expected to attract to the area, which is good news for a village that does not naturally attract much tourism.

The complex is a 15-minute drive from Las Vegas Streep, less than 30 minutes from McCarren International Airport, and just a few minutes from Las Vegas Motor Speedway and the famous Alliante Golf Club.

There is no shortage of high-end facilities or amenities, even if you are not in a traditional casino strip. The hotel itself provides 202 rooms with internet, 24-hour meals, concierge services and 24/7 fitness. There is a large pool with six private cabanas, with room for meetings and room for up to 700 people for outdoor events.

It's easy to meet your entertainment and dining needs in six restaurants that cover everything from high-end Italian dining to catching Joe's at Dunkin' Donuts on the food court. A 16-screen Regal cinema with IMAX and an arcade for kids will keep everyone happy while adults enjoy the magnificent casino facilities. With 40 table games, 12 table poker rooms and over 2,500 slot machines, gamblers will have a lot to do. Sports fans will love the 170-seat competition and sportsbook with dozens of plasma TVs throughout the space.

Evening entertainment was also solved by a classic Las Vegas showroom called Access. Regardless of who performs, guests will enjoy the old-fashioned atmosphere at any point in the room with plush seats within 75 feet of the stage. Smokey Robinson will be performing on the first weekend, with artists such as Kenny Roggins, Mull Haggard, Jerry Tiff and Hermanz Hermits performing on time.
