Technical support issues
The NC Dinos completed the formation of a coaching staff for the 2024 season by bringing in three new coaches.
NC recruited new coaches Jeon Sang-ryeol (51) and Kim Jong-ho (39) on the 15th. "Coach Kim Geon-tae, who completed this year's coaching training program, will serve as the pitching coach for Team C (second division)." Coach Jeon Sang-ryul will join the CAMP 1 (finishing training) schedule on November 15, and coach Kim will join the CAMP 2 (spring camp).
Coach Kim Jong-ho will coach outfield defense and operational base for Team C (second division). He led NC's foot baseball by winning the KBO League stolen base king as a member of the NC Dinos in the 2013 season when he played as a player. After retiring in 2017, he began his leadership career in 2018. From 2021, he joined Gangneung Yeongdong University as a coach and helped him win the 57th National University Baseball Championship in 2023.
Jeon Sang-ryul will be the outfield defense and operational base coach for the N team (1st division). Jeon played for Samsung, Hanwha, and Doosan, and after retirement, he worked as a coach for Doosan and Hanwha. In the 2020 season, he contributed to fostering players as the general coach of the Hanwha Eagles' nurturing group and the acting coach of the second division. In the 2022 season, he served as Hanwha's first-tier outfield defense and base coach.
Coach Kim Geon-tae started his professional career at Nexen in 2010 after graduating from Jinheung High School. In 2017, he was selected by NC in the second round of the KBO draft and wore a Dinos uniform. He pitched in 183 games in the regular league and recorded 5 wins, 13 losses, 12 holds, and an ERA of 5.20, and helped the team win its first integrated championship as a main player of NC in the 2020 season. After the 2022 season, he transformed into a club training coach and has been working with the second-tier team.
Meanwhile, the composition of the coaching staff of other parts is the same as this season.
