New casual dining restaurant Pink Buddha offers a fresh understanding of pan-Asian cuisine, featuring various influences from China, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Hawaii. The menu, created by a wide range of chefs, boasts a variety of delicious dishes, including noodles, fried rice, rice noodles, rice noodles, dim sum, anti-American sandwiches, and stir-fried dishes.

Upon entering the restaurant, guests are greeted with an impressive 8-foot-tall pink Buddha statue. Vibrant artworks, playful sculptures, giant cherry blossom trees and pink accents can be found throughout places where you can have a truly quirky experience.

"Our Pink Buddha character is made with a light heart and a happy Buddha, which symbolizes prosperity and good luck," said Devere Jones, director of food and beverage at Sikuan Casino Resort. "The vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant and the cheerful Buddha design are combined with various pan-Asian menus, so you can have a really fun and attractive dining experience."

Pink Buddha's fast casual environment provides guests with faster service for both sedentary and takeout options. In addition to offering food and drinks, guests will soon have the opportunity to purchase branded items including unique pink Buddha mugs, T-shirts, and miniature sculptures.

Pink Buddha's Karma Lounge is a cozy cocktail hideout, offering guests a space to enjoy special cocktails and small bites in a beautifully decorated atmosphere. The comfortable lounge has plush seating, ambient lighting, bold neon pink signage and a floor-to-ceiling cherry blossom tree.

The cocktail menu at the lounge offers a variety of Asian sensibilities, from Japanese whiskey infanta Lambanog to Tia Maria matcha, and the entry menu allows you to enjoy both savory and sweet flavors, making it perfect cocktail pairing.

"Our talented chefs and skilled mixologists have sourced a variety of unique and international ingredients to revive a menu that can only be found in the Karma Lounge," Jones said. "Both the Pink Buddha and Karma Lounge bring a whole new experience to Sikuan, and I think guests will really enjoy it."

The Pink Buddha and Karma Lounge is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. from Thursday to Monday, and bar service is available from 10 a.m. to 1:15 a.m. daily.
