Irv's Burger, scheduled to open later this year at the Eat Your Heart Out food hall at Durango Casino Resort, will host a pop-up dining event at Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa on Wednesday, July 19. Offering a preview of the famous Route 66 Burger Stand, the event will show what will come out of signature menu items and Sonia Hong's iconic graffiti. The event takes place from noon to 8 p.m. (or during the last supply) at Red Rock's Grid Iron Grill in Race and Sportsbook.

Irv's longtime facility in Los Angeles, Burger, has served traditional burgers and fries on the streets since 1946. Famous for its high-quality, comfortable food and warm community atmosphere, the famous burger stand has attracted customers from all over the world, including famous celebrities such as Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Janice Joplin, and more. A burger made with ab just for you cheese, ab sauce, pickles, and roasted onions on sesame buns
Irv's dog made of All Beef hot dog in Irv's bun
French fries or chilli cheese served in a typical manner
