'Cho Kyu-sung full-time' Mittwillan wins 2-1 over Leuven

Jeonbuk Hyundai Director Park Ji-sung made a splash when he and his best friend Patrice Evra (France), who once played for Manchester United, surprisingly watched Cho Kyu-sung (Meatwillan) play.

His club Meatwillan won 2-1 in the 13th round of the 2023-2024 Danish Professional Soccer Superliga against Rønby at the MCH Arena in Herning, Denmark, on Aug. 28 (KST).

Mittwillan remained unbeaten with four wins and three draws (15 points), which puts them in fourth place. Cho Kyu-sung played the full time, but failed to score an attacking point.

Park and Evra stole the show on the pitch. The two are close friends who spent their playing days together at Manchester United in the English Premier League (EPL).

The club announced their visit on social media. They were reportedly there to create content.

Park and Evra set up a coffee station outside the stadium and handed out coffee to fans who showed up to watch.

On social media, the club posted a photo of the coffee with Taekwondo, Director Park, and Evra. After sharing coffee, they watched Cho Kyu-sung's game on the pitch. Park served as a bridgehead for Cho's journey to Mittwillan.

Meanwhile, Lee Han-beom, who won a gold medal at the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games, was included in the substitutes list but did not get a chance to play.
