Las Vegas Sands President and CEO Sheldon Adelson stood in court for a second day providing testimony to help a judge decide whether to hear in Macau or Las Vegas.

Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez wanted to know his location when he came up with a list of reasons with another person to dismiss Jacobs. The answer will help the judge determine whether he has jurisdiction over the case. Adelson claimed he had no memory of his location, saying he could have been at his home in Southern California, Israel, Boston, and Las Vegas, or even flew over the Pacific Ocean.

Adelson has clashed several times with Jacobs' lawyer, James Pisanelli, who once called his questions abusive. The judge disagreed with Adelson's evaluation, and had to remind one of the richest men in the world that he could not argue with her in court.

After two days of searching for information, the judge doesn't seem to have enough facts to make a jurisdiction decision at the end of Friday's work. So Adelson will probably be back in court on Monday morning.
