Former coach Lee Man-soo of Hulk participates as a member of the Laos national baseball team


"Hulk" former coach Lee Man-soo 65 will participate in the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games as the head of staff of the Laos national baseball team.

Former coach Lee Man-soo said on the 22nd, "We plan to enter China on the 24th to support the Laos national baseball team," adding, "All the players have trained and worked hard, so we will bring out valuable results."

"Laos is participating in five events in this tournament, putting the most weight on baseball," former coach Lee said. "My first goal is to advance to the finals with one win against Thailand on the 26th and Singapore on the 27th."

Former manager Lee Man-soo, who served as manager of the SK Wyverns (now SSG Landers) in professional baseball, helped the national baseball team grow after spreading baseball to Laos in 2014.

Former coach Lee also participated in the 2018 Jakarta-Palembang Asian Games as vice chairman of the Laos Baseball Association.

The Laos national team is currently headed by former Jinyoung High School coach Kim Hyun-min.
