Ping-pong Sports

Ping-pong
Table tennis is a sport in which two or four players compete by hitting a light, hollow ball on a table tennis table using a table tennis racket. It is also called table tennis or table tennis. The game is played on a hard, flat table tennis table with a net in the middle.

History
The game was invented in England in the early 20th century and was originally called Ping Pong, a trade name. The name table tennis was adopted in 1921-22 with the revival of the old table tennis association, which was founded in 1902.

David Forster
The oldest action game of tennis on the table is a set patented in the United Kingdom by David Foster in 1890 (No. 11037): Parlour Table Games, which includes table - format loan tennis, cricket and football.

How it works
The goal is to hit the ball and cross the net so that the opponent cannot get his or her half of the opponent's table or return it accurately. A light hollow ball is propelled back and forth across the net by a small racket (bat or paddle) held by the players.

How to play
Each game will run up to 11 points, and will be played in the form of a "two-win system." For example, if a tie is 10-10, the first player/team wins the game by scoring 2 points more than the other team. In the last possible game of the game, if a player/team scores 5 points, the player/team changes.

The game will be played in a best-of-five series. The first player to reach 11 points in each game wins this game, but the game must be won by at least 2 points. Points are scored after each ball is put into the game.

Scoring
The game becomes the first player to score 11 points, and wins if he or she is at least two points ahead of his or her opponent. If both players score 10 points, the player who scores 2 points first wins the game. One game out of five is the best. The score starts at 0-0, and the server provides the service first.

Benefits
It increases heart rate, strengthens muscles, moves joints, shortens reaction times, and greatly improves hand-eye coordination," he says. "All of these things help improve the quality of life."

Trivia
Achanta Sharat Kamal (born 12 July 1982) is an Indian table tennis player. He is the first Indian table tennis player to become a ten - time senior national champion, breaking the record of eight - time national champion kamleshi meta.
