Acrobatics

Acrobatic Gymnastics (formerly known as Sports Acrobatics) is a gymnastics-based sport in which a team of gymnasts collaborate to perform acrobatic movements in combination with dance movements to form various shapes.
Acrobatics is the performance of human feats of balance, agility, and athletic cooperation. Acrobatic skills are used in performing arts, sporting events, and martial arts.

Acro is a common nickname for various kinds of acrobatics, including partner acrobatics, acro yoga, acro balance, acro dance, sports acro, acro gymnastics, and simple acro. Other fields such as Adagio and the Aikarian Games share similar movements and postures.

History
Acrobatics have existed in some form for thousands of years, before systematic gymnastics found in ancient Greece and Rome. Bronze Age art depicts primitive forms of acrobatics, such as somersaulting over bulls, found in ancient cultures with a tradition of cattle worship.

In fact, acrobatics appear in most ancient cultures with the first evidence of acrobatics found in ancient Greek Minoan art dating back to 2000 B.C. The Minoan practiced the art of acrobatics on the back of a bull. Archaeologists also found an ancient Greek vase with acrobats on it.

How to play
(Greek: "walking on the end" or "climbing up"), professional and ancient techniques of jumping, tumbling, and balancing, often using instruments such as poles, one-wheeled cycles, balls, barrels, tight ropes, trampolines, and flying trampolines.

The score is determined by the execution and artistry of the routine with points deducted for falls, technical errors, execution, etc. The deduction range is between 0.1 and 1.0. Errors such as time violations, out-of-range, motion errors, or falls are punished using neutral reasoning.
Team scores are typically determined by taking the top three scores of each event to the level and adding them together. This makes every team an "even" arena, regardless of how many girls each team will have at that level.
