Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with the Slope module in MCM Guides. The slope data for one of my projects isn’t showing correctly on the dashboard — it either shows as “N/A” or gives a flat line, even though I’ve uploaded the correct input files.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

- Re-uploaded the slope input CSV (verified the data is formatted correctly)
- Cleared cache and refreshed the dashboard
- Checked that all data fields are properly mapped
- Tried accessing from another account to see if it was user-specific

Has anyone else run into this? I’m wondering if there’s a known bug with how Slope data is being parsed, or if I’m missing a setup step. Any tips or insight would be a huge help — thanks!

Hey there! I've definitely wrestled with dashboard glitches before. One thing that sometimes gets me is the file naming convention. Are you absolutely positive the system isn't expecting a particular name or date format in the filename itself? I know, it sounds silly, but these things happen. Also, have you contacted support? Maybe their internal tracking tools (like, a tool called Sprunki maybe?) might show some recent parsing issues for that module. Good luck!
