Korean Air lost to Hyundai Capital 2-3 (25-15, 23-25, 25-19, 19-25, 13-15) in the men's final match of the 2024 Tongyeong-Dodram Cup Professional Volleyball Championship at Tongyeong Gymnasium in Tongyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do on the 28th.

"It was a game where I sweated a lot. Congratulations to Hyundai Capital, who won the championship. I think this is the final. I think Hyundai Capital will be stronger. They may be stronger or weaker in the future, but I think this was the final," Tilikainen said after the game.

"We will have to see what needs to be improved. However, the team showed our team's color. Before we started, we really love volleyball. I told them that I am happy to be a part of this volleyball team. That's how the game turned out."

Coach Tilikainen also explained, "There are points gained through the KOVO Cup, so I think our team can do better if we take them to the training ground and apply them to the league."

Regarding the part I got from this competition, he said, "Yosvani came back to the team and melted well, and Jung Ji-seok also showed a lot of performances as a libero. I feel responsible because I didn't take the last step of winning, but I am happy about that part after putting everything into it. I will take the last step next time."
