Borgata Announces New Premier Nightclub

Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa today announced plans for a night experience at Premier Nightclub, a $14 million nightclub.

Designed by Josh Hold (Marquee NYC; TAO Las Vegas; Voeyur Los Angeles), the 18,000-square-foot venue will make its spring 2016 debut and ignite the rebirth of Atlantic City's nightlife.

"Bogta, which first introduced its signature bottle service, high-end entertainment, and world-famous deejay to the region, was a game changer when it introduced its unique brand of Nightlife in 2003," said Joe Lupo, senior vice president of operations at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. "Almost 13 years later, we felt it was the ideal time to redefine Nightlife Entertainment once again, with venues designed to match the best clubs in Las Vegas, Miami, and New York. With its debut, Premier Nightball will offer party visitors an unrivalled experience in Atlantic City, further strengthening Borgta's position as a market-leading resort destination."

Combining former entertainment spaces with newly discovered volumes, the premier will create a theatrical experience for partygoers. When guests enter a nightclub, the DJ booths, stages, and booths with floors that focus on the digital proscenium will be welcomed with a spectacular but modern scene. The main room will have carved stone faces and two 35-foot-long bars on the sides with perforated metal and mirror back windows. The interior monumental staircase with hand-welded bronze filly will take guests upstairs to a horseshoe-shaped mezzanine. The 6-foot-diameter custom disco ball will shine as a giant showpiece in the heart of the premier surrounded by the first 25-foot-diameter chandelier made of programmable light.
