Phoenix Project

- Resolved the issue with Pocket PC of being able to install 4.5 on top of 4.0 and not having to activate
- 4.5 now uses 2009 serial numbers only.
- New EULA in installer
- Program name changes throughout program
- Version changed to 4.5.1

Tested installing both at the same time, looked like if you installed 4.5 then 4.0 it didn't make you activate, but apparently the device already had a previous install and it remembered the activation.

Closed bugs related to new name/graphics.

Noticed another place where PDG GOLD is listed.

Program seemed to work fine for me: FEs still not pulling from 1 or 20 and reports are accurate

Tested on Tungsten E2 Palm, installed w/ XP Pro (El_Duderino)

Areas of focus:
- Verified changes to title
- Verified icon name (appears as "PDG SNCO...", cuts off "4.5"
- Verified that 2007 and 2009 can be installed on the same device
- Verified version number in About
- Tried installing 2009 over 2007, didn't work
- Tried activating 2009 w/ 2007 S/N, didn't work
- Run-through of most features of the program

Everything seems to run really smoothly!
