We were informed that there was going to be a thread, and this release seemed like it warranted to have one.

I tested on:

I tested installations, activations, deactivations, and uninstalls on all systems.  I also tested various features (WAPS calc, DEX, CAccess, arcade games, etc.)  I verified all fixes on the updates page printed for us.
