password issue fixed. Also issue with "could not create table handle" should be resolved!  So at this point all aspects of activation should be working.

Tried activating with a new email address.  Program wouldn't stay activated bc it didn't generate an ACODE file in the Registry.  Tried again with the log-in procedure, and it worked fine
