Phoenix Project

A new exe has been created for PDG GOLD for NCOs.

Testing process:
- Uninstall 4.0
- Delete C:\Program Files\PDG Studyware
- Delete C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\PDG Studyware
- Install a fresh copy of PDG GOLD for NCOs 4.0
- Replace PDG.exe found in C:\Program Files\PDG Studyware with \\global_citizen\Shared\project4\PDG GOLD for NCOs\PDG.exe
- Report any differences between a fresh install and this new exe

AREAS TO AVOID:
- DEX (to be tested later)
- WAPS (to be tested later)
- GENERAL CALC (to be tested later)
- UPDATE MANAGER (already aware its not working) Karl

Opened case: 2960

1. Everything in setup looks like it is working fine
2. Workscreens had no issues
3. Games had an issue, no games displayed when opening arcade.  But downloadable games worked.
